ATI have released new drivers for their Radeon products, bringing the first shot at OpenGL 3.0 support since the Khronos Group took the lid off the new standard at SIGGRAPH recently.
From the release notes:
"This release of Catalyst™ introduces OpenGL™ 3.0 extension support. In upcoming Catalyst™ releases AMD will continue to expand its support for OpenGL 3.0 extensions."
There are a number of extensions supported, and they're in all the releases for all supported OSes, including XP and Vista in both bitnesses. It's a word.
Support for the rest of the spec is being worked on as we speak, and there's the usual raft of game fixes, perf improvements, and product support improvements that you'd expect.
Game.AMD.com has the goodies for Windows.
