Nintendo DS gets Camera

Today Nintendo unveiled a camera for its handheld console, Nintendo DS. The camera, which is bundled together with Otona no DS Kao Training ( "DS Facial Expression Training for Adults"), part of the Touch Generation games line-up, is scheduled to be released on August 2nd 2008.

Following the latest Japanese beauty fad called "Facening" the software supposedly trains the facial muscle tissue leading to better facial expression and allegedly combats the signs of old age by stopping the muscle degradation.

Whether or not this somewhat esoteric title or in fact the camera will appear outside of Japan is still unclear at this moment.
