The new release candidate of CUDA 4.0 is finally out.  Nvidia is now allowing the general public access to this release candidate (prior it was just registered developers).  One big difference between the release candidates is Nvidia now allows all Fermi GPU's to utilize peer-to-peer transfers instead of only Tesla cards.  Go try the new RC out and report back in the forums!
