ATI Catalyst 7.3 hits the streets

The folks at AMD have delivered the monthly installment of their long running Catalyst saga. Judging from the release notes, both the new features and fixes for Vista and Linux look to be on the tastier-than-usual side. Touted improvements include CrossFire support in OpenGL games; default AFR in Vista CrossFire games; and a beta in the Linux version of "Catalyst Control Center Linux Edition". On the bug fix side, removing the socks of a couple staffers allowed us to count all the way up to the 36 "resolved issues" listed for Vista. So this one seems like one that very well might be worth having, and you can partake for Vista 32-bit, Vista 64-bit, XP, Linux 32-bit, and Linux 64-bit.
