AMD release RV610 and RV630

Today sees the official product launch of graphics boards based around
RV610 and RV630, AMD filling out their D3D10 stack with the rest of the
promised SKUs talked about when HD 2900 XT first appeared. We've spent
a little time with HD 2600 XT and HD 2400 XT to see what's what.
While testing was plagued with software incompatibility and other analysis gremlins, we've introduced the two new Radeons and our coverage will flesh out in due course.
The big questions to answer are whether price/performance makes sense, and how AMD's architectural choices and software work are helping them hit that target. We make a start on that today.
