AMD Radeon HD 2400 and HD 2600 @ The Tech Report

With the fire in Damage Labs extinguished and good time spent with the boards, The Tech Report have published their analysis on Radeon HD 2400 and Radeon HD 2600.

They managed to spend good time looking at performance, as expected, but also focused nicely on some perf/area aspects and the performance and image quality with motion video. NVIDIA's decoding hardware on their new mid-range GPUs might be tasty, but it seems there's some work to do with their post processing....

They analyse with HD HQV and a bevy of recent taxing games, and the performance data is well worth taking a look at, especially when it concerns power draw and talk about efficiency.

Take a look over at The Tech Report.
